Sapphire Plug-ins for Shake on Mac
Version 2.02 is now available for Shake 4.0 and 4.1.
FREE TRIAL - You can download and use a fully functional copy of
Sapphire Plug-ins version 2. After a 3-week trial period, the
plug-ins will output a watermark unless you purchase and enter a
license.

To download and install:

Make sure you have Shake 2.50.0810 or greater on Mac OS X.

Check which version of Shake you have and download the
appropriate installer:
Sapphire 2.02 Mac installer
for Shake 4.1 (Universal, 11 Mb)
Sapphire 2.02 Mac installer
for Shake 4.0 (9 Mb)
Use Sapphire version 1 for older versions of Shake (5 Mb):
Sapphire 1.06 Mac installer
for Shake 3.5
Sapphire 1.02 Mac installer
for Shake 3.01
Sapphire 1.01 Mac installer
for Shake 3.0
Sapphire 1.01 Mac installer
for Shake 2.5
These will put a Stuffit archive into your download folder as
configured on your Mac.

Follow the instructions given by the installer. When it asks for your
username and password, just enter your Mac user login password.
If you have multiple versions of Shake installed, check only the Shake
directories that match the installer version you selected above.

Restart your Shake.
To load a plug-in, click on the GenArts tool tab in the tool menu, and
a menu of all Sapphire Plug-ins should appear. You can use a plug-in
just like any other effect. The Sapphire wipe and dissolve transition
effects also appear in the mix menu of the standard Shake
transition node.
To access the on-line documentation in HTML format while using any
plug-in, just click on the Help button in its parameters page. You
can also go to the Applications folder on your Mac, double click on
GenArtsSapphireShake, and select View Online Documentation.

- A problem with remote renders using FLEXlm licenses is corrected.
New in version 2.01:
- A problem with Rays color and alpha masks is fixed.
- An issue with remote renders during a free trial is fixed.
- A problem with Warps downstream from a transform node is fixed.
- Misc other improvements.
