Sapphire 3 includes both AVX1 and AVX2
versions of the plug-ins, and the installer should default the
appropriate selection depending on which AVX versions
your Avid product supports. If you plan to conform your work to an
Avid product such as DS that does not support AVX2, be
sure to check the AVX1 version.
When you restart your Avid software, the new version 3 plug-ins should appear in the Effect Palette in the Sapphire3 categories. You can simply use these effects just as you would any other effect.
For on-line help installed locally on your workstation, go to the Applications folder, double click on GenArtsSapphire3AVX and select the online documentation. A "Help" dialog is also provided when using a plug-in, which gives information about that plug-in currently being used. If using the AVX1 version, click on the small rectangular icon to the left of the effect name in the Effect Editor.
