What maximum color depth do your plug-ins support?

Raptors plug-ins process internally at 15 bit color depth. Color information at a higher bit depth is truncated to 15 bits during processing.

What is my System ID (SysID)?

The System ID uniquely identifies a particular computer. On Fusion V4 this is the first 8 digits of the 12 digit Fusion serial number. This can be found by going to the `About Digital Fusion` box - it is the number below the build date. On Fu5 the System ID is the MAC address of the ethernet adaptor.

To find this go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt. In the window type: ipconfig/all
The ethernet adapter physical address will be given in the form.
xx:yy:zz:aa:bb. If Raptors plug-ins are already installed you can also go to Start>Programs>SpeedSix>License ID to display the MAC address.

How do I install my license?

Your Raptors license file will usually be supplied by email and has a .lic extension. Do not edit this file in any way, you just need to copy it to the Raptors license folder. On Windows platforms this can be found at: C:\ProgramFiles\SpeedSix\Licenses On Unix platforms this can be found at: /usr/local/SpeedSix/Licenses.

Where can I find my Raptors License File?

On Windows platforms the Raptors license file can be found at: C:\Program
Files\SpeedSix\Licenses On Unix platforms it can be found at: /usr/local/SpeedSix/Licenses

How do I know when my temporary license expires?

To read the file open a suitable text editor (such as Wordpad on Windows platforms) and open the file from within the text editor. The license expiry date is noted in the file.

Are floating licenses available for Raptors?

Floating licenses can be supplied for Fusion render nodes. Floating licenses for interactive Fusion workstations can only be supplied with a GenArts Site License (contact GenArts or your GenArts reseller for details of the GenArts Site License plan).

Can I transfer my license?

What versions are supported?

Raptors V1.2 is available for both Fusion V4.x and FU5.
